Founded with a legacy of engineering excellence, our journey began in 1977 with M/s OTTO BUSHINGS, specializing in the manufacturing of Non-Ferrous Bushes. Building on that strong foundation, M/s JIT INDUSTRIES was established in 1995, focusing on precision machining components for a diverse range of industries. With a commitment to vertical integration and quality control, we expanded further in 2011 by setting up an independent casting facility capable of producing CI & SGI grades (500/3, 500/7, 600/3), transforming our operations into a complete Casting & Machining Unit. For over two decades, we have proudly served as Original Equipment (OE) suppliers to leading OEMs such as TMTL, VECV-CATERPILLAR, SONA, and HAVELLS. With Import Export Licence No. 1314021541, we continue to deliver precision, reliability, and innovation across global markets.

Manufacturing Facility

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is equipped with advanced precision machinery to ensure high-quality production and efficient workflow. The unit includes 16 CNC Turning Centres, 18 VMCs (from reputed brands like Batliboi, BFW, and AMS), and a VTL (AMS make) for heavy-duty turning operations. We also operate Bajaj lathe machine. Inspection Facility

Our inspection facility is equipped with advanced quality control instruments to ensure precise measurement, surface integrity, and dimensional accuracy of components. Key equipment includes the MITUTOYO CMM Crysta S7106 with scanning capability for detailed 3D inspection, a MITUTOYO roughness tester for surface finish evaluation, and a hardness tester (HRC scale) for material hardness validation. 

New Facility for machining of big parts

Our new facility is equipped for precision machining of large components. It includes an AMS CNC turning center with 600mm swing dia and 1000mm turning length (with steady rest) for shaft turning, and three AMS VMCs—one with 1500x600x700mm bed and two with 1000x600x700mm beds—ideal for milling and drilling MS cut sheets used in mining machinery. A VTL (AMS make) with 1100mm swing dia and 700mm turning length further boosts our heavy-duty machining capability.
